Solution study and proposal
Using high-end simulation software, such as Visual Components™ and Siemens Simcenter™, the proposed solution can be comprehensively presented, allowing you to see the project realized in virtual reality. In addition, critical machine cycle times and processes are examined and thus provide the foundation of a successful integration.
Design realization
All technical expertise comes within our company, ensuring the highest standards for the realization of mechanical study and design. Starting from creating the 2D layout using Autodesk AutoCAD™ to finalizing the construction drawings supported by Siemens NX™. Our service involves the full documentation of all project components, including pneumatic drawings and instruction manuals, while providing full CE certification and ensuring the highest machine and safety standards.
Electrical engineering & installation
Our service involves the study and creation of all electrical engineering processes, which involves the choice of the optimized equipment based on your needs and the creation of electrical cabinet drawings using Eplan™. Whereas our standard component choice foresees brands such as Siemens, Danfoss, and Schneider, we can adapt to your already existing equipment. As the final step, our technicians fully integrate the new electric equipment on-site.
Automation engineering
Our highly skilled automation engineers provide for every project a highly customized and stable automation environment, taking the most reliable hardware architecture into account, as well as ensuring easy usability for the machine operators. By using the industry leader’s software, such as STEP 7 TIA Portal™ and WIN CC™, a professional approach, high reliability, and easy access are ensured, whereas on-site training of your employees allows you to continuously use our automation solution to the full extent.
Factory acceptance test
Before any machinery is delivered to your facilities, we gladly welcome you to our premises to see firsthand your new equipment in action, demonstrating all agreed critical production aspects and giving you a unique experience of getting in touch with our expertise, as well as clarifying any open topics. In case of any optimization requests the FAT is a great opportunity to pave the way for the coming commissioning.
Installation / Commissioning
In the last phase of a robot integration project, the onsite installation and commissioning take place. This involves setting up the robotic system at the client's facility, ensuring all mechanical, electrical, and safety components are properly connected and aligned. After installation, the system undergoes commissioning, where performance tests are conducted, the robot is calibrated for optimal operation, and its compliance with required specifications and safety standards is verified. Any necessary adjustments are made, and the client’s team receives training on operation and maintenance to ensure a seamless handover.
After Sales Support / SLA
In the final phase of a project, the after-sales support department takes over, providing ongoing service through a Service Level Agreement (SLA). This ensures the robotic system continues to operate efficiently after installation. The SLA outlines the scope of support, including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs. Regular checkups are performed to prevent downtime, and a dedicated team is available for remote or onsite assistance when needed. Additionally, software updates, spare parts management, and system optimization are included to keep the robot running at peak performance, ensuring long-term reliability and client satisfaction.
